When you call you may speak immediately with an event manager or their assistant. Our goal with this call is to get a general understanding of the event that you are planning. Based on the complexity of the event, we may be able to design and deliver a preliminary proposal. This becomes the starting point in a process that we hope leads to our working together on your event. In other instances an event manager may follow-up to get additional information. Proposals are usually mailed though we can fax to you a proposal or send the proposal. We also rely on email with clients to ask questions and exchange information.
