Frog Commissary carries high levels of insurance and all our staff are on our payroll and protected by Workers Compensation Insurance rather then Independent Contractors.
No one wants to think that something may happen at, or related to, an event that would necessitate looking to insurance. However, if something happened, we would all want to be sure that there is adequate protection. As a result, we carry a substantial amount of insurance in our interest and the interest of our clients. We strongly suggest to all people considering caterers that they investigate, and consider the extent and limits of insurance coverage.
Products and General Liability: $1,000,000 plus a $5,000,000 umbrella
Liquor Liability: $1,000,000
Auto insurance including third party
Workers Compensation*
*Where transportation is required for an event, Frog Commissary provides vehicles for staff and staff is on the clock and fully covered by Auto Insurance and Workers Compensation in the event of an accident or incident traveling to and from events.
