When you have worked in the business for more then thirty years, catered more than 16,000 events and served more than 15 million guests in a huge variety of settings and circumstances, you bring something to the table. Our menu resources include a mix of time-tested items and an ever-expanding repertoire of created-just-for-you dishes.
Menu planning is a process. Our goal is to get it right. We try to get a good understanding of our client needs and preferences and based upon that understanding, put together a preliminary proposal. The proposal is also based upon the logistics of the event space. Based upon client reaction, we rework proposals until we get it right.
