Celebration of a 25th Wedding Anniversary

This intimate dinner for 22 family members and friends was catered in their home. The peach linens and lace, the baby’s breath in the dining room floral, the ribbon-tied napkins, all harkening back to 1986. The lace runner is an heirloom saved from the day they were wed.

After a delightful hour of cocktails and hors d’oeuvres, featuring Petrossian Special Reserve Alverta Caviar, guests dined on a sumptuous meal. They sat to an amuse bouche of Root Vegetable Napolean topped with a miniature “beet” heart. The first course, shown in the photo, is pan seared Striped Bass dusted with Wild Italian Fennel Pollen, Confetti of Spring Vegetables & Candied Lemon Vinaigrette. The entrée, 9 ounces of Aged Prime Beef Tournedos with Morels, Marchand de Vin, Truffled Potatoes Dauphinoise with Shaved Truffles and Leeks, & Asparagus Bundles. And, of course, a meal of this magnitude, honoring twenty-five years of wedded bliss, would be remiss without wedding cake, plated and served with fresh raspberries and blackberries, blackberry sauce and Créme Anglaise

Frog Commissary, in conjunction with Arrangements Unlimited, helped to make this evening’s celebration of marriage a magnificent experience, not just for the “bride and groom”, but for their loved ones as well. Here’s a toast to 25 more.
