Society for Food Service Management National Conference

The Society for Food Service Management’s National Conference kicked off with an opening reception at The Franklin Institute on Monday, October 3rd.  With a name like that you know the menu had to be paramount. Frog Commissary was happy to oblige. Pictured here is the Soup Shooter Station. Thai Lobster Curry Bisque, Asparagus Veloute and Kentucky Corn Chowder. Just in time for the first crisp days of October.
