On Monday, June 18th Steve conducted a cooking demonstration at Reading Terminal Market to mark the ribbon cutting of the new Rick Nichols community room. The former Inquirer food critic, Rick Nichols and the father of the Philadelphia restaurant scene, Steve Poses share a love of the grand old Reading Terminal Market and the local food purveyors it represents. Look who else dropped in to see Steve demonstrate a recipe from the original Frog restaurant and imagine a time when Thai chicken curry with broccoli and peanuts was unheard of in Philadelphia.
