Frog Commissary was delighted to participate in The March of Dimes and The Delaware Department of Agriculture’s 5th annual, The Farmer and The Chef. The event is a fundraiser for the March of Dimes, with proceeds going directly to the March of Dimes.
The premise of the event is simple, pair local farmers with local chefs, create sustainable relationships between local farmers and chefs, and reinforce the movement of eating healthy.
Frog Commissary Chef, David Gottlieb paired up with Evans’ farm to create a menu of watermelon gazpacho and pan roasted organic chicken roulade on a butternut squash risotto cake.
A good time was had by all for a very worthy cause.
